Our business
We manage our business through the operation of professional sports teams. Our revenue comes from three main streams: Broadcast, Commercial, and Matchday. * Within the commercial revenue sector, we monetise our brand through sponsorship, retail, product licensing and content. * We get a lot out of broadcasting live football content. This is directly through the revenue we receive and indirectly through increased exposure for commercial partners. Broadcasting revenue comes from centrally negotiated radio and television rights to the Premier League or UEFA competitions. * The Club's state-of-the-art home, the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, is a multi-use venue which plays host to selected fixtures from the Premier League and Women's Super League (and domestic and European cups), NFL, concerts, and boxing, and will stage further world-class sport and entertainment events that will help to boost the local economy.
Our approach to modern slavery
Modern slavery is a crime that violates fundamental human rights. It takes various forms, including slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour and human trafficking, all of which have in common the deprivation of a person's liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain. The Club is committed ensuring transparency in our business and our approach to modern slavery, both within our business as well as through our supply chains. This is consistent with our disclosure obligations under Modern Slavery Act 2015. The Club takes a zero-tolerance approach to slavery, in all its forms, and we expect the same high standards from all our contractors, suppliers, and other business partners. We include clear, explicit prohibitions against forced, compulsory, or trafficked labour. We also prohibit the use of slavery or servitude of any kind, regardless of whether they are children or adults. We expect our suppliers to adhere to the same high standards. The Club's internal practices are free from slavery, in all its forms, and in accordance with the employment laws of England and Wales.
Our supply chain
Our supply chain includes manufacturers of our licensed products and suppliers of merchandise, office equipment, catering products and services, medical treatment and supplies, software, food and beverages and maintenance services. Every supplier that makes licensed merchandise or products for the Club must submit an Ethical Audit. An independent auditor is required to conduct the audits. All licensed merchandise suppliers have signed the Club’s revised 'Ethical Policy For Suppliers' and agreed that they will adhere to the Club's Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy. All of our suppliers agree to ensure their stakeholders comply with the Anti-Slavery Policy and not in any way violate; * The provisions of the 1956 United Nations Convention on the Abolition of Slavery regarding the exploitation of Child Labour; or * The Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act 1986 and the Factories Act 1961 (insofar as they relate to the Employment of Children) and any child labour laws within the Supplier's jurisdiction; or * Use any child slaves or forced labor and ensure that all persons involved in the sale of products and/or samples and are treated fairly and that they respect their human rights. If any of these conditions are violated, the Club can terminate the relationship with the individual or organization.
